Commission Information

::Below are my terms as far as commissions::

Please keep in mind that I will only open three slots at a time for my own mental well being. My turn-over time is at minimum a month due to IRL duties and employment. Keep in mind, projects may not take that long, depending on what the project is. I just want to be transparent with you of the expectations of delivery. If you wish to have your project done by a specific time, this must be disclosed during the discussion phase of the commission. If this is not mentioned before I agree to take on your project, there may be an added convenience charge to deliver on the newly expected date. You are entitled to updates! I would prefer that daily queres not be done, but if you would like an update on the progress at any time, feel free to ask me. Also, I am known to randomly message you throughout the day with progress as I work on the projects as well as I fully believe in transparency. That being said, if I need confirmation before proceeding, I will halt progress on the project and move on to the next until I get that confirmation.

.:T.O.S:.
PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING MY BUSINESS

~Payments are to be made up-front. I offer payment plans for larger projects such as scenes and models with a min of 20% up front non-refundable.~Requests for changes/alterations are welcome within reason. There is a standard 3 small alteration limit past the sketch phase. Any alterations/additions past those three will incur a fee, so please make sure everything is up to snuff before we proceed to the meat and potatoes of the commission. (Inks, colors, shades etc)~If you plan to use the design I've created for you on merchandise, there will be a commercial use fee upon agreement We can decide how to proceed, if you wish to pay royalties or a one-time percentage of the image that gives you full rights. If you agree to royalty payments, there will be a contract written and signed before any work will begin that will ensure both of us are protected.YOU MAY NOT USE MY WORK TO FEED AN AI SYSTEM.
If you are found to have done so, you will be subject to legal action via the contract. This protects my ability to make income on a skill I've trained myself my entire life to be able to do. Feeding my style to an AI system robs me of the ability to utilize my skill, and I will pursue legal action to the fullest. If this idea scares you, then I think it best for you to find projects elsewhere as we are not compatible.
PLEASE NOTE, AGREEING TO COMMISSION ME ALSO AGREES TO THESE TERMSWHAT DO I DO?PNG MODELS: I can do either flat png or a gif model (animated blinking, mouth movements). I'm still learning new ways of making png models to adapt to the new systems that are coming out, but for now these are the only ones I will be able to do.LIVE2D MODELS:: I do not rig. I only do the art. I don't know how to rig with Cubism yet, so I can only provide a cut model for you to take to another rigger.EX of model art: Mad_Marnin (Debut day)
